Our Holt Bolt Active Support Program is designed to offer 1:1 support for Bolters to develop a Job Ready Skill, Physical Skill and Daily Living Skill.
The program is designed to support Bolters to develop these skills in the safe and familiar environment that is the Holt Bolt.
Active Support Sessions are run in a four hour block. Our mentors are highly skilled coaches who combine their unique life experiences and love for mentoring to help Bolters explore pathways towards employment or community engagement.
Prior to commencing Active Support, Bolters meet with their parents and mentor to identify the key skills they wish to develop and create a storyboard for their support sessions.
Bolters can use their NDIS Funding for Active Support Programs. Spots are limited due to the highly individualized nature of the program.
