HYDROTHERAPY

Our 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions take the fun of our studios into a water-based setting. 
 

The aquatic environment provides another dimension to our sessions with many benefits including improvements in strength, endurance, core stability and the development of motor skills.

 

The properties of the water provide an optimal environment for muscle relaxation, maintenance or improvement of joint range of motion. It also promotes the enhancement of positive behaviours impacting the mental health and well-being of our Bolters.

We currently run Hydrotherapy on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Emily Seebohm Aquatic Centre.
