Cancellation Policy

Due to the busy nature of our centres and the high demand for our services, with limited availability across the Holt Bolt centres we have a large waiting list for each centre. 

 

As a result, we have a few adjustments to our cancellation and rescheduling policy that will take effect from March 21st 2022. 

 

As of March 21st 2022, the following points apply to all cancellations and rescheduling of sessions across the Holt Bolt Centres, Group Programs and Hydrotherapy. 

 

  • All appointments for Physical Training, Exercise Physiology, Hydrotherapy or Group Sessions will be scheduled on a permanent ongoing basis.  

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule any of you/your child’s Physical Training, Exercise Physiology, Hydrotherapy or Group Programs sessions, we request that you contact the Holt Bolt Team via text, email or phone call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule any of you/your child’s Active Mentoring or BELS Programs we request that you contact the Holt Bolt Team via text, email or phone call at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. You can contact Kirra on 0411 409 366

  • In the event that you do not cancel or reschedule a session within the required notice period for any reason, The Holt Bolt, Holt Bolt Physical Training & Holt Bolt Active Mentoring reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 90% of the fee that would normally be charged for that service. NDIS Funding can be used for this fee, should this apply to you.

  • Furthermore, in the event that you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notification, Holt Bolt, Holt Bolt Physical Training and Holt Bolt Active Mentoring reserves the right to charge a no-show fee equivalent to the training fee that would have been charged for that training session. NDIS Funding can be used for this fee, should this apply to you. 

  • We would also greatly appreciate that for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions due to holidays or other planned extended absences, that the team is notified as soon as these plans are made. Ideally with 7 days notice of absences of more than two weeks. You can notify Amanda on 0422 786 267 of any changes to timetabling. 

  • All cancellations/booking queries should be directed to the team by either text or phone call to 0422 786 267 or email to admin@theholtbolt.com
