SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Our Active Support Program is designed for young people aged 17–25 who want to build confidence, independence, and life skills through movement, connection, and adventure.

Run over 4-hour sessions and led by qualified Exercise Physiologists, this program uses sport, fitness, and outdoor experiences as tools for personal growth. Participants are supported to challenge themselves physically and socially in a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment. Each session blends structured physical activity with social connection and real-world experiences, helping participants develop resilience, teamwork, communication skills, and self-belief.
