ALLIED HEALTH
At The Holt Bolt, we deliver a wide range of inclusive, evidence-based programs designed to build capacity, confidence, and independence for people of all ages and abilities. Each service is tailored to individual needs, with clinical goals that align with personal and NDIS objectives to ensure meaningful progress.
1:1 Exercise Physiology – Personalised, centre-based sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes) designed to improve health, strength, and independence. Delivered in a supportive one-on-one setting, either centre based or pool based, these sessions are fully tailored to participant goals and can be funded through NDIS, DVA, or Medicare.
2:1 Exercise Physiology – Small-group sessions (30 minutes) delivered in a 2:1 setting, combining individualised programs with peer interaction. These sessions support fitness and functional goals while encouraging teamwork, communication, and preparation for larger group activities.
Gross Motor Skills Programs – Fun, engaging sessions focusing on the foundations of movement, including balance, coordination, hopping, jumping, and sport-specific skills. Delivered in weekly 1-hour sessions across a 10-week term, with extended 2-hour sessions available during school holidays.
Holt Bolt Sport Programs – Term-based sport programs run every Monday and Thursday afternoon at Aspley Special School, with 45-minute sessions focused on bike riding, soccer, and basketball. These sessions are designed to help Bolters build sport-specific skills, confidence, and resilience - while progressing toward mainstream sport, community participation, or personal fitness goals.
Home Programs – Individually designed by an Exercise Physiologist and delivered through Physitrack (app, online, or PDF), including videos, images, and clear instructions. These programs allow Bolters to continue training at home or in the gym with professional guidance and structure, supporting ongoing progress outside of centre sessions.
