SCHOOL PROGRAMS

ELEVATE

Delivered by Holt Sport, Elevate is a dynamic student development program designed for students in Grades 5–10, with a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

The program begins with a motivational and interactive presentation, where students explore key topics including:

  • Leadership qualities and what effective leadership looks like

  • The role of mentors

  • The power of words and positive reinforcement

  • Fake leadership

  • Bullying

  • The impact of behaviour on others.

PHOENIX

Phoenix is a targeted youth engagement program designed for high school students who are disengaged from school, experiencing behavioural challenges, or facing difficulties at home that impact their learning and relationships.

The program works with groups of 10–15 students and can be delivered on-site or off-site for a full-day experience. By intentionally changing the students’ environment, Phoenix creates space for reset, reflection, and reconnection.

Through a mix of team building activities, true-life stories, group challenges, games, and sport, students are encouraged to step outside their usual roles, work together, and see themselves — and each other — differently. Sessions are interactive, active, and designed to meet students where they are, rather than lecture or punish.

LAUNCH

Launch is an inclusive, collaborative program that brings together students from a mainstream school and a special school to work side by side toward a shared goal.

The program is designed to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and build genuine understanding around disability, communication, and individual strengths. By creating opportunities for students to collaborate in meaningful ways, Launch helps young people move beyond assumptions and learn through real experience.

Working together, students complete a series of guided tasks that lead toward planning, organising, setting up, and delivering a real event. Each student plays an active role, contributing in ways that suit their strengths while learning how different communication styles and abilities can work together.
